. I’m writing to enthusiastically endorse Rick Mignano for trustee for the Village of North Barrington. I’m not without bias: I’ve known Rick over half his life and my wife and I are next door neighbors to the Mignanos. We are close and dear friends. In an effort of non-bias, I can tell you what a wonderful neighbor he is and what a gift he has been for over 35-years to the Timbercreek subdivision in North Barrington. He is literally our go-to guy for concerns, leadership and engagement within the neighborhood. I think I can speak for all of us in suggesting a wonderful welcome seeing Rick in this elected position, continuing his skills from a neighborhood to a village. I’m eager to cast my vote for him on April 1st.
